Canola will be the star of the Feature Ag Exhibit at the Palouse Empire Fair this year, and we’ve got loads of information to share about the beautiful yellow crop that lights up the landscape from May until July. Whitman County had the highest canola acreage in Washington State last year, and will likely again this year – drop by our booth and learn why so many more farmers are growing canola!
