UI Crop & Conservation Tour – Camas Prairie June 29, 2023 @ 7:00 am - 11:00 am

The University of Idaho is having a crop tour in Lewis and Idaho counties on June 29. The tour begins with a hosted breakfast and a presentation at the American Legion Hall in Nezperce, followed by several stops at UI wheat, barley, pea, and winter canola variety trials and research plots. The UI winter canola variety trial stop will feature Dr. Kamal Khadka, the new leader of the UI Brassica Breeding & Research Program, and PNWCA director Chris Riggers and exec director Karen Sowers.

Participants need to pre-register by June 20 by calling the Lewis County Extension Office at 208-937-2311.
